Postdoctoral Position Announcement Cornell University’s Latina/o Studies Program, in collaboration with the Department of Science and Technology Studies, invites applications for a two-year Mellon Diversity postdoctoral fellowship to begin in Fall 2018. Candidates should have received their PhDs within the past five years. We seek applications from the full spectrum of S&TS, Latina/o Studies, and allied scholars whose work addresses social/societal dimensions of science, technology, environment and/or medicine in the context of U.S. Latina/o communities and populations; topics can be historical or contemporary. The course load will be 1:1. The fellowship recipient will be expected to participate in programming sponsored by the Department of Science and Technology Studies as well as the Latina/o Studies program. Package includes competitive salary with full benefits, annual research funds, and one-time relocation costs.
