UW-Madison Sociology Professor, Joan Fujimura, has been elected to a four-year term as President of the Society for the Social Studies of Science (4S), which will include two years as President, one year as President-Elect and an additional year as Past-President.
4S is an international, nonprofit association that fosters interdisciplinary and engaged scholarship in social studies of science, technology, and medicine.
